The guide philosophy of DALA is "Design-Forward, Design-For-Reliable", that every aspect of DALA process is committed to the principle: Product Design, Process Design, Test Equipment Design, Failure Analysis Design and we have closed-loop corrective action plan.

DALA operates the factory and laboratory center in Shuangliu, Chengdu, capable to supply 200,000pcs per year and are deployed with advanced equipment from world reputed brands like Siemens, Yokogawa, LEM, Panasonic, TRI (Test Research, Inc.) etc.

We build fully automated Surface Mount Technology lines for consistent quality, and comprehensive performance testing platform for power, high-and-low temperature, vibration, EMC, salt spray, durability, aging etc. In addition to in circuit testing, automated optical inspection (AOI) machines further assure proper component functionality. To maximize heat transfer on IMS boards, we use advanced X-ray and cross-sectioning equipment to inspect solder joints.

2011

Built The R&D Team

Seven students with Master's degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, formed the team to develop projects.

2012

Found SCreate Technology

Founded the company Chengdu SCreate Technology Co., Ltd., to design and manufacture measurement systems in wire and cable industry.

2013

Launched the first product: Fiber Fusion Splicer

Launched optical fiber splicer, that was an award-winning product and were proudly sold more than 20,000 units.

2015

Launched the world first real-time drawing dies measurement instrument

Launched drawing die profile measurement system, the flagship DM series are using the same principle as the world most leading. In the next amazing two years, DM series won 95% market share in China.

2017

Found DALA Technology Co., Ltd.

The EV motor controller development project was kicked off at 2012, the project team was separated and recruited highly educated and well experienced R&D, engineering, quality control to 40 people. DALA Technology invested setting an advanced factory plant and R&D center in Shuangliu industry park, Chengdu.

2019

Launch a number of world advanced drive products

The dc brushless controller is introduced, and the motor identification, motor control algorithm and motion control performance of AC motor controller have reached the performance of curtis, and a complete motor control and product technology platform has been built
